Signing up and launch
When can I use NORD?
Accounts open on 1 January 2027. Sign up and confirm your email now, and the link to create your account comes that day.
What does signing up commit me to?
Nothing. One email and one click keep your place: no card and no commitment.
What do the Founding 50 get?
30% off your first year, for 12 months from the day you start, and your first VAT-return review by a NORD accountant, free, for the first 50 businesses to confirm their place; after them, a waiting place. On every plan, your first paid month is refunded on request within 30 days of paying. From month 13 you pay the standard price.
The software
Is it in Arabic?
The screens and every document are in English and Arabic. The adviser answers in English today.
Can my accountant log in?
Yes, from Standard: Standard includes 3 users and Pro 5; give one to your accountant and they see the same books you do.
Does NORD file my VAT return?
You file it yourself. NORD prepares the return from your books, box by box, with the entries behind each figure one click away.
Can I bring my books from another system?
Importing your books from another system is coming. Until then you start from your opening balances.
Plans and billing
What does it cost?
Three plans from AED 99 a month, excl. tax: Lite, Standard and Pro.
Is there a free trial?
From 1 January 2027, every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, any month. Yearly billing is 12 months for the price of 10.
Your data
Who can log in to my books?
You decide who logs in: you and the users you add.
How do I ask for my data, or for it to be deleted?
